Hao Nguyen Director CalABC

Hao Nguyen brings to CalABC a wealth of knowledge in the automotive industry. Having been staff counsel at the California New Car Dealers Association, a compliance attorney with Auto Advisory Services, and now the Senior Manager of Legal Affairs at KPA, he has learned the many issues that business owners face on a daily basis, as well as the intricate regulatory process that happens at the state capitol. While at AAS, he developed the company's service drive compliance audit program, which continues to make a significant impact on repair facilities and the automotive repair industry at large.

Hao received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Davis and his J.D. and M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He also currently sits on the CNCDA's regulatory committee and remains active in lending his expertise to affect positive change for dealers and repair facility operators throughout the state. He is also a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators, the Orange County Auto Theft Investigators Association, and the Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association.
